GENERAL TERMS
I have the right to accept/refuse a commission.
I will send the final file via EMAIL.
I do not accept deadlines and refunds.
I am very slow in terms of drawing so I really appreciate your patience.
Commercial commissions have higher priority than personal commissions.
Please indicate prefered canvas size or I will settle with the default size of 297mmx420mm 350dpi.
Most communication will be done through email. If I do not respond within 1-2 work days, the email most likely didn't go through. In which case you may reach out to me on Twitter or Instagram DMs @frannieillust.
Commissions are on a first come first serve basis and may take 1-3 weeks to complete depending on circumstance, complexity, and placement on the queue. Rush or urgent requests would need to be discussed and will require an additional fee.
If you did not provide any pose reference or let me decide on the pose, I will not take any revisions for the pose.
Commission final file that has been sent via email is considered finished job and cannot be revised (except if i’m the one who make a mistake on the file / render).
You may post or print it for personal use ONLY but do not claim the work as your own.
I reserve the rights over the artwork and may use it for my portfolio and social media.
I will stream the process of the commission unless the client wants it to be discrete.
I have the right to adjust any information on this site, including my rates. Rest assured that these adjustments will not affect agreements made prior to the changes.
Process & Payment
Once your commission order is approved I will send an invoice before initial sketching.
For payments through PayPal, there will be $6 fee if the total price is under $100, and 6% fee for a total price $100 and above.
You will need to 100% upfront before I begin working on it (unless agreed otherwise).
Payments via Paypal only must be made within 48 hrs after an invoice had been received.
Depending on the size of the commission, payment plans can be considered.
All prices mentioned in the pricelist is intended for personal purposes only (with the exception for Live2D models).
I will send a business invoice through PayPal for international payments, and local payments will be done through bank transfer/online payment (Gcash/Paymaya/UnionBank).
No refunds once I start working on it.
Revisions
Revision is only done on sketching phase.
Minor revision is available three (3) times at max, major revisions will be charged according to the difficulty.
Any additional revisions will be charged an additional fee.
Minor revisions: expressions fixing, color adjustment, adding small details.
Major revisions : pose changes, character changes, clothing changes, anything that requires me to draw from scratch.
Commission final file that has been sent via email is considered finished job and cannot be revised (except if I’m the one who make a mistake on the file/render).
EXTRA CHARGES
Cover art/music will have commercial charge depending on the use.
Priority Fee is 50% of the original price. This will only put your order on top of my ongoing list, does not make delivery time faster.
Commercial rights allow the use of commissioned art as merch, game art, prints, etc. It consists of fee indicated above + the original price and it can be applied to all listings above. Royalties are also an option and can be discussed.
Intellectual property and credits will still be held by the artist.

COPYRIGHT
I as the artist hold the rights to post the commissioned pieces for portfolio unless the client specifically requested for their order to be made classified.
You, as the commissioner, DO have the right to publish/upload your commissioned art from me to any website (credit is not needed but very appreciated).
You, as the commissioner, DO have the right to edit/render the piece that you bought from me (I would prefer if you inform me first if you did).
You, as the commissioner, DO NOT have any right to use your non-commercial commissioned art as commercial object.
You, as the commissioner, ARE NOT allowed to resell the commissioned pieces as NFT.
Other people beside you, as the commissioner, and me DO NOT have any right to publish/upload my art to other website unless they have my/commissioner permission.
